Within this time, you and your trainer can concentrate on your individually specific training program that is tailored just for you, based on your individual goals.Unlike a gym, there are no membership fees and you will never be left on your own to figure it out. We are there every step of the way, demonstrating movements, answering questions and motivating you.

Professor Jorge Rodriguez founded, in 1988, The Superior Institute of Yoga and The Bushido Yoga Institute of Mendoza-Argentina. He has been practicing Yoga for more than 20 years and studied with various teachers in different countries.
Yoga is an ancient discipline that combines special forms of excercise, breathing techniques, relaxation, and meditation designed to strengthen and purify body, mind, and spirit.
Properly practiced Yoga develops strength, flexibility, and balance in the mind and body.
Each session will include a flowing series of postures known as asanas and conclude with guided relaxation.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a small personal blanket for relaxation. Yoga classes are in the same building as International Body Work Fitness.
Chiromassage Therapy
Dr. Jorge Rodriguez qualified bodywork therapist created this therapeutic modality called Chiromassage. Chromassage may eliminate the cause of acute or chronic myofascial, muscular or osseous pain and discomfort. Through the application of Chiromassage techniques, which include soft tissue manipulations, sport massage techniques, myofascial release, positional release and trigger point therapy. Homeostasis is restored between the nervous system, osseous system and soft tissue systems.
Chiromassage therapy enhances the function of joints, muscles, and the general arthrokinematics of the body. Chiromassage is a very specialized form of manual therapy. A therapist trained in Chiromassage is educated in the physiology of the nervous system and its effect on the muscular and skeletal systems.
